Course instruction includes Personal Finance and Budgeting, Credit and Collections, FICO vs Vantage Scores, Mortgage Financing Options, Zero Down-Payment Options, Down-Payment and Closing Cost Assistance Programs, Housing Search Options, Negotiating with Sellers, Home Inspections, Purchase Agreement Essentials, Home Appraisals and Assessments, How to Read a Property Survey, Title Searches, Homeowner Insurance, Common Interest Communities, Closing/Settlement, and Much, Much More!    A major outcome of the class is that you will learn how to improve your credit, reduce debt,  increase your FICO & Vantage scores, map your path to home ownership, access down-payment assistance, and learn financial and wealth building techniques for you and your entire family!  The course consists of five (5) class modules conducted live via video-conference. Classes will be held Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (October 9th thru 13th) from 6pm to 9pm EST.  You must complete all 5 class modules and assignments to receive a Certificate of Completion.
