The VHCDC First-Time Home Buyers College is more than your typical first-time home buyers class.  It is the most comprehensive course on how to buy a home offered today. 

This twelve (12) hour virtual course will equip you with the knowledge, tools, and resources to help make your dream of home ownership a reality. Course instruction includes Personal Finance and Budgeting, Credit and Collections, FICO vs Vantage Scores, Mortgage Financing Options, Zero Down-Payment Options, Down-Payment and Closing Cost Assistance Programs, Housing Search Options, Negotiating with Sellers, Home Inspections, Purchase Agreement Essentials, Home Appraisals and Assessments, How to Read a Property Survey, Title Searches, Homeowner Insurance, Common Interest Communities, Closing/Settlement, and Much, Much More!

A major outcome of the class is that you will learn how to improve your credit, reduce debt,  increase your FICO & Vantage scores, and map your path to home ownership!

The course consists of four (4) class modules conducted via live video-conference. Classes will be held Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (February 7th thru 10th) from 6pm to 9pm EST.  You must complete all 4 class modules to receive a Certificate of Completion.

You will need access to a PC, Laptop, or Tablet to take this course, along with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel. Do not attempt to take this course using a smartphone. It will not maintain a stable connection.
