- The mobile telephone number obtained as part of the Digital and Voice consent process will not be shared with third parties, nor will the number be used for marketing purposes.
- If you have consented to receive text messages from VHCDC we will only communicate regarding the services you have enrolled or the services contracted and/or contemplated between you and VHCDC. We will not use SMS for unsolicited and/or unrelated messaging.
- Message frequency may vary depending on the service(s) being provided you or what you are rendering to us.
- Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS communications, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
- You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from VHCDC by enrolling in our Home Ownership Assistance Program (HOAP) and completing and submitting the Digital and Voice Consent Agreement online, completing and submitting the Digital and Voice Consent Agreement offline (email, fax, or U.S. Postal Service, or initiating correspondence with VHCDC by sending an SMS message to us.
