VHCDC, in partnership with local housing authorities, volunteers, and community services agencies, seeks to reclaim neighborhoods blighted by deteriorating structures, abandoned properties, and dumping grounds and convert them into stable, vibrant communities with next-generation housing.
VHCDC converts bank/lender REO properties to high quality, energy efficient homes providing affordable housing for disabled and homeless veterans, low-income households, and non-violent ex-offenders. VHCDC empowers the community by affording investment opportunities in these projects that return tangible, social and economic benefits to investors and the local community.
Investment opportunities are made to qualified, registered investors by invitation only. To join the VHCDC Investment Pool complete and submit our Investor Questionnaire. Click here to download the form.
Additional opportunities are available through VHCDC Community Investment Partners, LP., which provides long-term investment opportunities for unsophisticated investors with a keen interest in community development. Click here for additional information.
VHCDC Community Investment Notes provides investment opportunities through low denomination "loans" that enable VHCDC to finance rehabilitation projects in Virginia. The notes pay varied rates of interest and over varied terms. Click here for additional information.
